Q1. Hi Nidhi, you have done B.com & MBA (Marketing & IB) one-to-one, still preferred digital marketing training at DSIM. Let us know the motivation that worked to drive you towards this?

Ans. I completed MBA in Marketing & IB and in recent times digital Marketing training at DSIM. DSIM has worked as a big platform for me. On completion of MBA, I searched for jobs, yet wasn’t able to find the one as per my necessities. Some of my friends who have already been into the stream suggested me to go for Digital Marketing training.It’s an industry today that brings possibilities for a promising career. And the reason is apparent; Indian Market is seen as the profligate sphere in an online world and holds huge job opportunities for skilled professionals.

Q2. Wonderful! We are curious to know; “Why DSIM over other institutes?”

Ans. Before getting enrolled into DSIM’s program, I researched about other Digital Marketing institutes & tried to find out maximum information reading reviews and checking out websites, however found that DSIM has earned more of the success stories, backed by its value-added curriculum.Digital marketing sounds really interesting. Now, brands/businesses can reach targeted audience worldwide which was not so convenient through Traditional media.Upsurge that we are seeing has given birth to excellent job openings. The best part is that if you are an online marketer you can work sitting at home as per your convenience. Blogging, freelancing, Affiliate Marketing, etc. are a few of the ways that can help you to do so.

Q5. Now, we would like to know about your overall training experience?

Ans. My experience with DSIM has been superb. The most significant benefit we received is the ability to deal with the difficulties coming along in professional terms. An Interview with Mr. Sarthak Rawal,Senior Marketing Executive in Elitify.com and DSIM’s Ex-Trainee. He shares with us how digital marketing course helped him better grow as a professional and not just benefitted him in monetary terms.


Q1.Hi Sarthak! We have heard you have switched the industry you were working in. Tell us something about this career move.

Ans. Hi! Yes it’s been quite a while now but since I was interested in doing online marketing than regular marketing so it was quite an exciting move for me.

Q2. So what is your current company all about?

Ans. My current company Elitify is an emerging premium online clothing company in India, basically they are trying to bring those brands in India which is not easily available in the market. And I am working here as a senior marketing executive.

Q3. That’s great! So did you face any challenge in your journey to senior marketing executive at Elitify?

Ans. Yes, it was quite challenging for me & still is, but in online marketing you just cannot stop learning. You learn something every day whether from your seniors or do the search part yourself.

Q4. Well said! However what compelled you to undergo a digital marketing training?

Ans. I always wanted to get into marketing & what else could be a better way to do marketing than digital marketing. I heard a lot about DSIM & thought of joining it. Now here I am – a digital marketing Pro.

Q5. Talking about digital marketing it is one of the highly booming industries at present. What’s your take on this?

Ans. I think in digital marketing the scope will never be fade out as India is an emerging market and people are becoming more aware about it. The best thing about digital marketing is you keep on learning. In future it will be a boom as new & better strategies will come and loads of small & big companies will start focusing more on it than they are in the present day.

Q6. And yes how about the training? In what sense did it help you?

Ans. It really helped me a lot, not only in monetary terms but also helped me in growing as a professional. Now I know the tactics of digital marketing and which is why I have been selected in Elitify at a better position with a better remuneration. My dreams turned into reality after I learned digital marketing.

Q7. How was your overall training experience @ DSIM?

Ans. It was great. I have learned a lot here. Even everyone was quite cooperative in DSIM & helped and supported me whenever I asked for. I proud to say that it is one of the digital marketing institutes in Delhi.

Q8. So is there something you would like to put across to the youth struggling to fix their career?

Ans. I would only say strike while the iron is hot as in this is the best time if you really want to step in to the digital marketing industry as it is growing like anything and is very less competitive being is new in the market.
